Abstract
Good user experience is essential to the success of your product, it creates a competitive advantage and saves you money by reducing wasted development time. But how do you know that what you develop are the features that users will care about? How can you ensure you are not over-engineering your product with features that no one will use? And how do you know that the interfaces you are producing are intuitive? A good UX design process helps you identify what you should build to add value to users and create an intuitive, easy-to-use and accessible user interface.
