OCC designed a solution to support a nationwide supply chain management system for Deya. They provide a specialised logistical and distribution service to households and businesses throughout the UK. Deya's annual nationwide deliveries include approximately 20 million Phone Books and Yellow Pages, and more than 3 million IKEA catalogues.
OCC designs advanced database system
"We replaced Deya's previous database with a faster and much more robust system, providing more accurate search and report facilities, and easy-to-use screen menus." explained James Greig, OCC Consultant for the project.
The software provides flexibility to accommodate last minute alterations to customer requirements. Flexibility is of the essence to Deya - a company that prides itself on the personal level of its service given to customers and its ability to meet deadlines for providing an efficient, high quality service.
