Software for the construction industry
- Reduces the risk of litigation via rapid access to data in emergency maintenance scenarios
- Reduces upgrade costs by integrating data from legacy sources
Database upgrade and redesign
This project involved upgrading and redesigning an existing database system. With our longstanding experience in database development, we were the preferred choice for one of the Britain's leading providers of building services project management (BSPM) . The new system retained the functionality of the original with value added features.
Professionals involved in the management of buildings need easy access to the specifications of the systems, vital in the case of an emergency. This information is standardised by the BSPM company and in an electronic form for easier indexing and searching of documentation. The software also provides an information base and portal.
Database system for building infrastructure management
The company stores documents in the database system on new developments and audit surveys on embedded systems and provides an invaluable service to large corporations. The database system is used in the management of office buildings, maintenance of building infrastructures and the smooth operation of utilities such as power supply, heating, water, and facilities such as lifts, airflow management.
Technology streamlines system
Obsolete controls in the user interface were replaced, modifications made where necessary to interact with the three external viewers and various bugs and inefficiencies found in the original software were corrected.
AutoCAD collates, organizes and presents the large collections of documentation associated with the maintenance and management of major buildings.
