CAMP Multimedia Museums
- Reduces cost and time in accessing historical archives
- Improves quality of academic research via powerful text and semantic searching algorithms
OCC undertook this project to establish an interactive, multimedia archive for access to historical information and personal documentation of the Holocaust and the Nazi regime. It is important that knowledge and information about the Holocaust is accessible for generations to come.
The information was put into digital form and the infrastructure can register, catalogue and store while the modular structure enables maximum flexibility and decentralised storage. Online functions include ordering, invoicing, footnote management, cross-referencing, source material identification and proof of copyright.
