OCC has brought new clarity and professionalism to the National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) public website. We helped produce an online information resource that enhances communication, data access and management. We upgraded NICE's bibliographical database, enhanced the software to include clinical guidelines and functions such as advanced search facilities.
OCC worked together with several partners to create a web portal that provides shared state-of-the-art diagnostic and business planning software to SMEs based throughout Europe in an EU-funded research project. Online application services offer support with strategy, financing, marketing, commercial policies and human resource management. This contributes to enterprises enjoying rapid growth, evolving from entrepreneurial early years to "managed" operations, thus contributing to their economic development.
OCC worked together with several european partners to create the SEAHORSE project. OCC provided the technological expertise allowing individuals and organisations to share information about AIDS / HIV globally. Users can annotate others' documents or reviews thus building up an ever-increasing bank of information and responses. Immediate contact is available through discussion groups. SEAHORSE simplifies global access to sharing the wealth of information via the World Wide Web (WWW).
