OCC was asked by the UK arm of a global electronics company to develop a "Pay-per-print" Quotation Tool because of our wealth of experience in database design and the development of multilingual software solutions. We have developed a multi-functional web portal for the largest healthcare employer in Europe (NICE) and multilingual image manipulation software to handle images on a vast scale for a multnational company (Canon).

The company's need for a Quotation Tool arose due to the trend in the corporate laser printer market of leasing the hardware and the "Pay-per-print" model with companies paying a set price for a printed page. A service provider, such as a printer reseller, replenishes consumables and gives hardware support for the printers.

The Quotation Tool enables resellers to provide instant quotations in a web page tailored to the customers' requirements. The Tool is designed with multilingual capabilities to support the enterprise throughout Europe and the World.
