When the Army Supply Chain Operations Centre (SCOC) needed a new web-fronted method of controlling their spares inventory, OCC consultants worked closely with the MoD team to develop a suitable solution.

The resultant application and its associated front end was distributed globally on CD to all MoD Units that demanded from the Army spares inventory, enabling soldiers to search some half a million line items with near instantaneous results.

The solution OCC provided provided access to accurate, "clean" data at the touch of a button, so that rejected demands were vastly reduced. This resulted in efficincy gains and in turn, reduced the costs to the Army Supply Chain.

The Army team wrote to advise they were particularly impressed by the flexibility and responsiveness of the OCC team during development of the product.
