Global Research is a City-based division of Euromoney Publications plc. The company researches and analyses the performance of financial institutions. Findings are then passed on to major banks and financial institutions worldwide.

Questionnaires are a key part of Global Research's work and OCC was asked to design a database that would help to analyse information provided by the questionnaire surveys. Reports can be generated in different formats, for example, to focus on a specific question area or to provide geographical comparisons. OCC's database provides an easily-maintained stack of reports, allowing for greater control over report generation.

The database also facilitates the single-step production of multiple specific reports. For each specific question in the questionnaire there is a separate report tailored to the nature of the data analysis to be performed.

Data can be easily filtered and edited prior to graphical presentation in a variety of client-ready formats. The database's flexibility means it requires minimal effort to generate full reports for the Foreign Exchange study, and minimal alterations for adapting to other questionnaire-based research.
